    For Yahoo, first sign in to your account and click on the Customer Support link (displayed on the top right - next to help).  A new window will open, select the campaign which is affected, choose Type of Inquiry (dropdown list) = "Click Protection", type your message, and attach your detailed evidence file.

    The process to submit claims to MSN is similar to Yahoo's process.  You have to signin to your account.

    I went to the form but I'm not sure what to send them as evidence.  Can you help?  I signed up for the free reporting today.  Can I create an evidence file with the free reports?

    When you are reviewing your free click fraud reports, you can select export and generate an evidence file at any time.  Let us know if need help.
