My website is blocked in China for some unknown reason.

But get this ... The top 18 of 20 network locations for my clicks are China with most below 10 secs of total time on my web page. I only start to recognize company names and customers after I view go past the top 100 networks locations in my Google Adwords campaign.

Please note the non-content network clickers are about 50% likely to go onto some other page besides the home page.

When I set the content network to only $0.10 per click it nearly eliminated 80% of all clicks, but the remaining clicks actually resulted in time spent on my website increasing by 77%! The increase was due to my ad budget being spent on fewer, but better customers. I estimate that that ~$14K of $17K spent on my first campaign with Google was wasted on click fraud from the bogus Chinese, some Korean, Italian and German worthless clicks.
